Shipping & Returns
Shipping Domestic
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. All orders are shipped express via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched. Shipping within Australia is free for orders $100 and over, and $10 for orders under $100.
Shipping International
International shipping is a flat rate of $40 AUD. We use Australia Post Express to send your orders - please allow up to 10 working days for overseas shipping. We cannot send to Post Office Boxes. A tracking number will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched.
Returns
we accept returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached. We offer exchange or store credit on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email us at hello@minii.studio. We do not offer refunds or exchange on any sale items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. We are not responsible for the cost of return postage.
